DESCRIPTION:The E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation is proud to be a contributing partner of the Land & Carbon Lab’s 2023 Summit: Monitoring Land\, Mobilizing Action. \nLand & Carbon Lab’s 2023 Summit is the top conference worldwide for policymakers and practitioners who utilize geospatial data and monitoring strategies to improve land sustainability\, particularly in climate\, nature\, and development goals. This Summit will offer a forum where pioneers in geospatial data\, methods\, and tools for monitoring land and physical resources\, can connect with those who apply this data to determine results and guide decisions in a variety of areas\, including ecosystem preservation\, revitalizing damaged environments\, and promoting sustainability in human-dominated land use settings such as cities\, farms\, and beyond. The Summit’s primary goal is to drive forward the deployment of geospatial data and monitoring in fields such as restoration\, deforestation\, land stewardship\, and more. \nThe E.O.
